My Memory Told Me a Secret — It’s been out in the world for a year!

1 August 2020 … one year since the launch of my first novel, My Memory Told Me a Secret. Let’s look back (and look ahead).

My Memory Told Me a Secret went live on Thursday, 1 August 2019 in both print and e-book formats. Within the first week, the book was a bestseller on Amazon in multiple countries. Over the months, features have appeared in a number of print publications and blogs, including Breakaway Daily and POZ Magazine.

I am proud and humbled by how well the book continues to do. But the most important thing, to me, is to see how My Memory Told Me a Secret is opening up conversations about toxic relationships, the impact of living with HIV, and the power of social memory. In their review of the book, SPR said it is ‘written with great empathy and keen observation,’ and I hope that readers have found this to be true.

Today, I am pleased to announce the second printing of My Memory Told Me a Secret, complete with a new cover design, which you can see in the photo above. If you haven’t had a chance to read my debut novel, please pick up a copy today. If you’ve already purchased a copy, thank you. Please consider leaving a review on Amazon, GoodReads, or any other site of your choice. Reviews help independent authors get the recognition they deserve.

With appreciation,
Jeremy
